Hi! I’m Bic DeCaro, a full-time REALTOR® in Northern Virginia, wife and proud mother of two. I've lived here for more than 40 years and have been helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams for over a decade.
When I started my real estate journey, I quickly realized the immense value of collaboration and continuous learning. As the industry evolves, it is crucial for us to stay ahead of the curve, embrace innovation, and adapt to the ever-changing market dynamics. That's why I created Fast Forward Movement DMV - a community where ambitious real estate professionals can thrive together.
We currently have over 300 agents who share best practices and bring education to FFM DMV so that everyone can apply them to their own unique businesses and increase their sales. Our network continues to grow the more we give. We are on a mission to grow and change more lives! We have a formula that works and want to share it with others to help them fast-track their careers and achieve their goals faster through proven methods rather than trial and error. It's based on the concept that a rising tide lifts all boats.
